Q: My property is owned by a governmental unit. Do you offer programs that would allow for me to buy without going through a bid process?
A: Yes, we have easy to use contracts with Sourcewell and Omina that assure that you are buying at government contract pricing without going through a time consuming bid process.
Q: What used equipment do you have available?
A: The answer to that changes too quickly for us to answer it here. Please call our equipment sales division at 800-822-2216 option 4, to get a current list. We can often find the used piece you are interested in even if we do not have it in stock.
Q: Can I buy a Toro Z-Master or walk behind mower from you?
A: No, our dealers are in a better position to provide you with the service you may need so those products are sold only through them. You can find the dealer nearest you by using the dealer locator tool on the Home Owner page of this website.

Q: Is my unit still under warranty?
A: As much as we wish that there was a spot on the manufacturer’s website we could point you to, unfortunately there is not. Please call our service department at 800-822-2216, option 3.
Q: What kind of oil should I use?
A: The needs of every machine differ. You can find the information specific to your model in your service manual. You can find a copy of your model’s service manual on a link on the Professional Turf Equipment page of this website.

Q: Can I buy a part for my home lawn mower from you?
A: No, parts for consumer sized mowers and snow throwers are sold only through dealers. Your nearest dealer can be found using the dealer locator tool on the Home Owner page of this website.
